The United States looks to bounce back from its 2-0 loss to England on May 28 when it faces Spain on Wednesday in Santander, Spain. Here are five questions on Luis Arroyave’s mind heading into the match:

1. Can the U.S. make this a competitive match? After all, Spain is ranked No. 4 in the world by FIFA and has wins over Italy and France in the last five months.

2. Will U.S. manager Bob Bradley start Freddy Adu? The 19-year-old forward/midfielder came off the bench in the England loss and was one of the few bright spots for the U.S.

3. Can the U.S. contain Spain’s young superstars Cesc Fabregas and Fernando Torres? They are quickly becoming two of the best players in the world.

4. Will the U.S. again miss Landon Donovan (groin), or will fellow U.S. stars Clint Dempsey and DaMarcus Beasley step up in his absence?

5. What sort of changes, if any, will Bradley make at forward, and will they be effective?
