Cicero Town President Larry Dominick on Friday dropped — for now — his lawsuit seeking to obtain the identity of anonymous MySpace users who town officials say posed as Dominick and posted defamatory photos and comments on the Web site.

A fourth Chicago man has been indicted in the May 2007 murder of a Villa Park man who prosecutors allege was the target of a robbery. Ray Moore, 18, of the 100 block of North Parkside Avenue was indicted Thursday by the DuPage County grand jury in the death of James Keniski, 46.
