Mirabell restaurant plans to reopen Thursday after being closed for 10 days, owner Anita Heil said. The restaurant at 3454 W. Addison St. has passed a reinspection by the city, according to the Department of Streets and Sanitation. City inspectors closed Mirabell on June 9 after finding mice feces and food being stored at unsafe temperatures.
