Andy Dick was arrested Wednesday by Murrieta, Calif., police on suspicion of drug use and sexual battery.
According to the AP, police were called to a Buffalo Wild Wings around 1:13 a.m. to investigate the report of “an intoxicated male” urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance. When they arrived, the 17-year-old told police that Dick had walked up, “grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down.”
Friends put Dick into a truck, which later was stopped by police, who allegedly found marijuana and Xanax in his pants pocket.
The comedian was released after posting $5,000 bail. Associated Press calls to his representatives seeking comment were not immediately returned.
