ABC announced the cast for the upcoming seventh season of “Dancing with the Stars” on Monday. Cast members include two Olympians, a celebutante, another former member of ‘Nsync, plus the oldest and youngest stars ever on the show. The new season premieres Sept. 22. Here’s a look at the 13 contestants, and how RedEye thinks they will fare:
Lance Bass
Claim to fame: Part of ‘Nsync; trained as cosmonaut; wrote his memoir

Outlook: If Joey Fatone can go far on “Dancing,” the slightly more svelte Bass should be able to bring it.
Toni Braxton (above)
Claim to fame: Winner of six Grammy awards
Partner: Season 1 champ Alec Mazo
Outlook: The “Un-Break My Heart” singer could be this year’s emotional favorite after rebounding from health problems.
Brooke Burke (right)
Claim to fame: TV host, actress and entrepreneur
Partner: Derek Hough
Outlook: Well … she looks good.
Rocco DiSpirito
Claim to fame: Celebrity chef

Outlook: Like many reality stars, she keeps going and going and …
Cloris Leachman
Claim to fame: Emmy and Oscar winner
Partner: New dancer Corky Ballas
Outlook: The oldest contestant at 82, Leachman was hilarious on the celebrity roast of Bob Saget, but she had to be helped to the mic. We’re just saying.
Cody Linley
Claim to fame: The youngest contestant ever, Linley, 16, plays Jake Ryan on “Hannah Montana.”
Partner: Two-time champ Julianne Hough
Outlook: Don’t all those Disney drones dance?
Susan Lucci

Partner: Newcomer Inna Brayer
Outlook: Again, Ted who?
Jeffrey Ross
Claim to fame: Comedian known as “The Meanest Man in Comedy”
Partner: Edyta Sliwinska
Outlook: We’re guessing viewers will be laughing at his dancing, which isn’t a good thing.
Warren Sapp (above)
Claim to fame: Retired defensive tackle and Super Bowl champ
Partner: Kym Johnson
Outlook: As long as the football great doesn’t sack — or eat — his partner, he just might have a shot.
