A Nightmare Revisited

This CD, released last week, is a remake of the soundtrack from the classic, twisted and fun Tim Burton movie “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” It’s a treat for dark and tormented teen fans of the film.
The 21-track album crafted by Danny Elfman — the original composer of the film — contains songs such as a comical cover of “Jack’s Lament” by The All-American Rejects, a heavy metal-nu-metalish rendition of “Kidnap the Sandy Claws” by Korn, a slower, mellower version of “What’s This?” by Flyleaf and a haunting, harp-infused cover of “Sally’s Song” by Amy Lee of Evanescence.
