It’s official. The arrangement that puts Britney Spears’ father in control of her personal and financial affairs has been made permanent by a court commissioner, The Associated Press reports. The commissioner granted Jamie Spears a permanent conservatorship over his daughter on Tuesday afternoon. A court-appointed attorney for Spears says the singer does not object to the arrangement.
