Are you all thumbs in the kitchen? Can you tell the difference between a stamped and a forged knife? Well, one evening in the presence of an expert won’t transform you into a culinary wizard, but you can still pick up a few pointers. Season Four “Top Chef” winner Stephanie Izard shares some of her magic with the rest of us at this holiday-inspired demonstration and tasting. Local talent Izard will take questions from those in attendance while the wine flows.
