Loving and cherished husband of Dorothy, nee Neruda, together for 60 years.
He was dedicated to his three sons and daughters-in-law; Joseph (Pamela), Robert (Pam) and Ronald (Jojette). He was blessed with seven grandchildren who adored their Papa, Bob; Gina, Dominic, Robert, Christopher, Lisa, Christina and Alexia.
Special great-grandfather to Devin; loving son of the late Joseph and Margaret Laino; dear brother-in-law of Irv (the late Diane) Neruda, Gerre Andes and the late Don Neruda; special cousin and best friend of the late Lenny Laino; special buddy to Frank (Chickie)Fazio; fond nephew, cousin, uncle and friend to many.
He was the best of the best.

Funeral Friday 9 a.m. fromSalerno’s Galewood Chapels, Ralph Massey, funeral director, 1857 N. Harlem Ave., to Sacred Heart Church, Melrose Park.
Mass 10 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven Mausoleum.
