An Aurora man was charged with aggravated battery after he allegedly hit a 20-year-old man in the head with a miniature baseball bat Tuesday night.
Jesus Gutierrez, 19, of the 300 block of Blackhawk Street attacked the man after he got out of a car in the 500 block of Howard Avenue, police said. Gutierrez fled but was found minutes later, they said. The victim was released from a hospital.
