Lauris Herth scored 20 points, Matt Morrison added 18 and Chris White 12 for North Shore (14-9).

U-High 46, Nazareth 43 (OT)
Zeke Upshaw had 24 points 10 rebounds and Steven Bardo added 10 points six rebounds for U-High (21-3).

T.F. North (26-2) was led by Dawn Luster’s 16 points and 10 from Centreese McGee. Jenna Kotas’s 11 points led Andrew, which was eliminated at 9-18.

Marist 58, Rich Central 53
Haley Stercic scored 20 points and Teegan Walsh 13 for Marist, which will face T.F. North in Friday’s regional final. In a losing effort, Janae Smith scored 17 points and Beima Thompson added 14 for Rich Central (17-7).

At West Chicago
Geneva 54, West Chicago 32
Taylor Whitley went over the 2,000-point barrier, finishing with 16 points to lead Geneva (28-0). Whitley has 2,015 career points. Sophomore Kat Yelle added 11 points for the Vikings, who will face Proviso West in Friday’s regional championship.

Proviso West 57, Conant 43
Ashley Segers scored 14 points and Britney Landers 12 for Proviso. For Conant, Emma Loos scored a game-high 20.

At York
York 57, No. 18 Hoffman Estates 48
York pulled off the upset behind 14 points from Evan Semmelhack and Courtney Owens. Megan Fischer scored a game-high 17 points for Hoffman (24-4).

Von Steuben (19-8) advances to Friday’s regional final.

Jewell Loyd scored a game-high 23 points for Niles West.

Melissa Vitale scored 23 points as Ridgewood advanced to Friday’s regional final agaisnt Gordon Tech. Soly Roman had 22 points for Chicago Academy.

At Grayslake North
Grayslake Central 75, Richmond-Burton 48
Grayslake Central (16-11) cruised behind Katelynn Putkonen’s 16 points and Alex Scarbro’s 15. Hailey Schleibinger scored a game-high 18 points for Richmond-Burton.

Antioch 58, Grayslake North 46
Antioch’s Lindsey Gofron scored 14 points and Allie Antilla added 13. Katie McGrath (14 points) and Lauren Erickson (12) led Grayslake North. Antioch (14-13) will face Grayslake Central in Friday’s regional final.

At King
No. 9 Montini 85, Little Village 14
Whitney Holloway and Jill Sullivan led Montini (25-4) with 11 points apiece, and Sullivan pulled down eight rebounds. Dana Rutkowski and Alison Rogola scored nine points each.

Nazareth 59, King 48
Jane Schiffler scored 21 points and Nora Masterson added 16 for Nazareth. King’s Ciara Anderson had 10 points and four assists, while teammate Angie Parsons pulled down 10 rebounds.

At Marshall

No. 16 Marshall 69, Orr 32
Adrienne GodBold had 24 points and six rebounds and Shantiera Miller added 14 points and six boards for Marshall (21-6). Orr was led by Marisha Winston’s 15 points and five rebounds.

Payton 83, Noble Street Charter 11
Kathleen Malloy scored 45 points and pulled down 21 rebounds to lead Payton (18-9) into Friday’s regional championship against Marshall. Miracle Pitts added 18 points and 15 rebounds for Payton. Malloy, who has 1,445 career points–most in school history, will have her jersey No. 5 retired after the season.

At Morris
Morris 43, LaSalle-Peru 36
Morris advanced behind 15 points from Kate Mallory. Michelle Batty scored a game-high 16 points for LaSalle-Peru.

At St. Joseph
St. Joseph 56, St. Francis 38
Dee Gray scored a game-high 22 points and Shannika Bryant had 14 points and 17 rebounds for St. Joe. Jamie Stesely scored 13 points in a losing cause for St. Francis (11-16).

At Wauconda
Johnsburg 56, Regina 39

Wauconda 60, Vernon Hills 23
Wauconda’s Kate Martino led the way with 15 points, nine assists, five steals and five rebounds.
