In the field: Miller showed his
defensive prowess by blocking home plate and tagging Eric Young Jr. to complete an inning-ending double play in the first. Center
fielder Dewayne Wise made a diving catch to rob Jeff Baker in the third.
Head’s up: Brian Anderson didn’t hesitate in running from first to home on Wilson Betemit’s double in the first, and Lillibridge, Brandon Allen and Gordon Beckham each stole a base.
