The judges could have saved a singer on “American Idol” on Wednesday. Instead, they sent Jorge Nunez and Jasmine Murray on their way.
“Idol” changed its rules, giving judges Simon, Randy, Kara and Paula a one-time veto of America’s vote up to the Top 5 round. The week they save a singer, no one will be eliminated, host Ryan Seacrest said. The week after “the judges’ save” is used two singers will go home.
