Kenny Litrenta went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI and also earned the win on the mound. Mark Brauweiler hit a home-run and had two RBI to lead Aurora Central.

Sam Bumpers, Zack Wadley and Kyle Krueger each had three hits to lead Bradley (5-0). Krueger (2-0) was also the winning pitcher.

Billy Laing allowed one hit and struck out five in three innings for the win. Conner Moutvic had two hits and an RBI to lead Lake Forest (1-0).

D.J. Smelton had nine strikeouts for Lakes (1-1-1).

J.J. Witherow was 2-for-3 and Kevin Marshall was 2-for-4 for Manteno (6-2).

Winning pitcher Chris Robinson struck out seven and walked three in five innings. He also hit a solo home run for Reed-Custer (1-3).

Josh Higgins threw a one-hitter, striking out nine and walking four for Seneca (2-3).

Winning pitcher Anthony Lemus threw four innings, giving up one hit and striking out five for Taft (3-0).

Winning pitcher Allison Shimkus struck out four and walked none in three innings for Lockport (3-0). Carly Tribbia struck out five in the loss for Providence (1-1).

Danielle Simons (3-0) struck out seven and allowed one hit in three innings for the win. Jessie Grude had two RBI and two runs and Chloe Montgomery was 2-for-3 with a triple and two runs to lead Marengo (4-0).

Naperville North 8, Plainfield North 2
Rechenmacher was 2-for-4 with three runs and two RBI for Naperville North.

Oak Park 9-10, East Moline United 8-0 (second game, 6)
K.C. Montgomery (2-0) was the winning pitcher in the first game, and Leah Bry earned the win in game two. For both games, Lauren Flannery was 5-for-7 with five RBI and Mara Blesoff was 4-for-6 with four RBI for Oak Park (5-0).

Winning pitcher Sandy Saunders went the distance, striking out six and allowing three hits. Her sisters Sam Saunders (2-for-4, one run, three RBI) and Sarah Saunders (2-for-4, two runs) led Reavis (5-1) at the plate.

Kelsey Fabianski was 4-for-4 with three runs for St. Francis (2-1).

Kenny Park had six kills and Alex Delgado had 17 assists for Lane.

Lincoln-Way Central d. Providence 25-16, 19-25, 27-25
James Cummins had six kills and 17 service points, Kyle Overby had 11 kills and 12 digs and Connor Wexter added 34 assists for Lincoln-Way Central. Mike Galkan had 14 assists and Pat McGuire had 12 kills for Providence (5-3, 2-0).
