It was a nope for Anoop Desai — and another for Lil Rounds — during Wednesday’s “American Idol.”
Both singers were sent home by the more than 45 million votes cast after Tuesday’s disco night.
“I’m so really disappointed, I really am,” Desai said after singing “Dim All the Lights” one more time. “This is all our dreams.”
Rounds said she’d miss all the other singers, of which five remain.
Two singers were eliminated because last week the judges saved Matt Giraud, who managed to change America’s collective mind this week. Allison Iraheta was the last person in the bottom three.
