” Spinal Tap” redux?: “Anvil! The Story of Anvil” opens Friday with special guests — you guessed it — Anvil. Earth Day at Gold Class: Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas in South Barrington will present free screenings of “An Inconvenient Truth” and “Arctic Tale” on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday. Women of Horror Fest: The Horror Society presents its fourth Film Festival, 5 p.m.-midnight Saturday at the Portage Theater, 4050 N.
