*A tally of legislative requests to the University of Illinois admissions office published in Thursday editions incorrectly included a request that Rep. Karen May (D-Highwood) made for special housing for a disabled constituent. Legislative logs show May also made one admissions inquiry in the past five years. The outcome of the request was not listed in documents provided by the university.
*In Wednesday’s Good Eating section, a photograph of an Indian spice box did not carry a credit line. The photo was from Indian Groceries & Spices in Milwaukee, ishopindian.com.
