On Friday, television networks ceased using analog signals and now broadcast in an all-digital format. We have made the conversion in our TV listings. The vast majority of readers have cable or satellite service, and are unaffected by the switch, or are already using digital converters.
The digital changes affect only the broadcast stations at the top of our grids. Most of those stations will retain their familiar station numbers.
