Born in 1969, Latreta Foster was a bit too young to fully partake of the original hippie movement, but she was wearing her neo-hippie heart on her sleeve during her lunch hour in Millennium Park recently. ?In my view, the hippie movement represents togetherness and acceptance of all people,? said Foster, who was wearing a graphic-print Custo Barcelona mini-dress with boots and a wood-beaded choker, which she bought at an African festival a few years ago.
