Died July 1, 2009 in Hoffman Estates, IL, beloved husband of Patricia, nee Talalay; loving father of Debi (Gene) Bucciarelli of San Ramon, CA, Michael (Kathryn) of Phoenix , AZ , Pam (Greg) Smith of Cary and John (Julie) of Mason, OH; cherished grandmother of Corrie Lynn (John) Filstrup, Rebecca, Bryan, Matthew, Mitch, Abigail, Kayla, Erin, Michael, Alec and Zachary; great- grandmother of Olivia and Brooklyn; dear son of the late Theodore and late Helen, nee Sokolowski; caring brother of Adrienne (Don) Stuart of Cummings, GA.
