Illinois State Police responded to a rollover crash this morning on the Dan Ryan Expressway that blocked at least two southbound local lanes north of 47th Street, authorities said.
By about 5 a.m. the roadway was clear, police said.
Police received the first call at 3:38 a.m. The crash involved one vehicle, a Chevy Blazer, a dispatcher said.
A male passenger was ejected and suffered some head trauma, but police said he was alert. The driver, a woman, had minor injuries.
