*In a story Tuesday about the first day of candidates circulating petitions, a candidate for the 10th Congressional District Democratic nomination was incorrectly listed. State Rep. Michael Boland of East Moline, who was incorrectly identified as a senator, is not running for the seat. State Sen. Michael Bond of Grayslake was a candidate but dropped out late last week.
