And the award for most unlikely couple at the Teen Choice Awards goes to … Kathy Griffin and Levi Johnston! The “Life on the D-List” star and Johnston (a.k.a. Bristol Palin’s baby daddy) stepped out together at the awards, which aired Monday night on Fox.
“She gave me a call and offered me a date, so I took it,” Johnston, 19, told MTV News. Though the two aren’t actually a couple (in case you were wondering), Griffin had a lot of fun with her date.
“Long-distance relationships are not easy, especially when he’s in his igloo and I’m in my Hollywood tower,” she said, according to usmagazine.com.
Other Teen Choice notables: Twilight nabbed 11 awards and Dane Cook called out Vanessa Hudgens on her nude photo scandal, saying, “Girl, you gots to keep your clothes on! Phones are for phone calls, girl.” Awkward!
