Heidi Pratt doesn’t mind if the world sees her naked. She just wants to have some more plastic surgery first.
“The body is a beautiful creation,” Pratt says in the September issue of Playboy, according to Us Weekly. “If anything, the reason I didn’t show everything is because I plan to get a few more upgrades.”
Pratt, who got a nose job and a breast augmentation in 2007, said she’d like “to go bigger on my boobs” for husband Spencer.
Though Playboy only published photos of Pratt wearing skimpy lingerie or teeny bikinis, she did pose nude for the photo shoot.
Spencer Pratt, who interviewed his wife for the Playboy spread, said he hung poster-sized photos of the nude outtakes on his bathroom wall.
“Now when I’m peeing, I get to see a 10-foot naked photo of my wife,” he said.
