Jake Peavy makes his third start for Triple-A Charlotte on Monday as he recovers from a strained right ankle. Even if he completes five innings with no physical problems, Peavy is expected to start once more for Charlotte, which could put him on track to start Sept. 4 against the Red Sox at U.S. Cellular Field.
