* A few embedded t-storms can’t be ruled out. Precipitation becomes significantly light and scattered with sporadic bursts of afternoon rain.

* Additional rainfall since last evening: 1-3 inches in many areas, potentially locally heavier in some locations in the south half of the metro area.

* Scattered sprinkles end this evening then clouds break at times Friday night.
