The release of Jay-Z’s (right) hotly anticipated new disc, “The Blueprint 3,” has been moved up to Tuesday, Billboard.com reports. It was also confirmed by changes on Amazon.com, Rhapsody.com and by WEA, Warner Music Group’s U.S. distribution arm. The album was slated to be released Sept. 11.
