Michael Burkes, 46, of the 100 block of North Austin Boulevard in Oak Park was charged with indecent solicitation of a child Sept. 14 after he was identified in both photo and in-person lineups as the man who propositioned an Oak Park juvenile who was walking near Madison Street and Humphrey Avenue earlier that day, according to police.
