Conan head: Conan O’Brien’s wounded noggin should be back on display Monday after a stunt gone wrong caused Friday’s “Tonight Show” to be canceled. In a statement released Saturday, NBC said O’Brien was hospitalized and eventually released after he hit his head during production of Friday’s show.
The network, which didn’t identify the stunt O’Brien was performing, said he’s expected back for Monday’s show.
“Last thing I remember I was enjoying the play with Mrs. Lincoln, and the next thing I knew I was in bed being served cookies and juice,” the 46-year-old host quipped in a statement.
