The number of copies of Barbra Streisand’s album “Love Is the Answer” sold in its debut week — her ninth career No. 1 on the Billboard album chart, Billboard.com reports. It was a surprise win over Paramore’s “Brand New Eyes” and Mariah Carey’s “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.”
