* Cloudiness breaks allowing a good deal of mixed sunshine later this morning and afternoon.

* Mildest readings could reach the low 60s in spots.

* Light south winds increase to 14 to 28 mph with 30 to 35 mph gusts.

* Partly cloudy at night, windy and milder.

* Overnight temperatures as much as 18 degrees milder than last night.
