A Stickney man was charged with disorderly conduct Nov. 13 after he was accused of a lewd act with his juvenile girlfriend in a restroom in Chicago Ridge Mall, police said.
Adam Mayer, 19, of the 4700 block of South Long Avenue, was arrested after patrons alerted security guards, police said.
