Normally Habeeb Olowo’s double-double of 15 points and 15 rebounds would be the stat line of the game for St. Benedict. Not so this time, as Nate Jones earned a triple-double with 12 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists in the Bengals’ win.

Plainfield South’s Edvinas Tresniakovas scored 22 points and Christian Davis earned a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds in the Cougar victory. Antwan Hill led the way for Romeoville with 12 points.

Dee Gray pulled in 16 boards and added 12 points for a double-double to lead St. Joseph. Ashley Tolbert added 10 and Shannika Bryant scored 11 of her own in the win.

BILL VANDEMERKT THANKSGIVING TOURNAMENT (at Riverside-Brookfield)

Riverside-Brookfield 57, Morton 29
Jessie Hutchens led the way with 14 points and nine assists to help Riverside-Brookfield (2-0) to the win. Emily Chapman added nine points and Shaquita Slater scored eight and pulled in 11 boards for the Bulldogs.
