The Chicago Skyway plans to charge customers who use I-PASS transponders a 3-cent fee for each transaction starting Jan. 1, spokeswoman Avis Lavelle said Friday. An article Friday that was based on information from an Indiana Toll Road spokesman incorrectly said there were no plans to charge such a fee on the skyway.
