Eagles 27, 49ers 13: Donovan McNabb threw for a touchdown and ran for one, and DeSean Jackson had 140 yards receiving. The Eagles have won five straight and clinched a playoff berth for the eighth time this decade.

Titans 27, Dolphins 24: Rob Bironas kicked a 46-yard field goal in overtime. Vince Young threw for a career-high three touchdowns and Chris Johnson ran for 104 yards as the Titans (7-7) reached .500 for the first time this season.

Cardinals 31, Lions 24: Kurt Warner threw a 5-yard touchdown pass to Anquan Boldin with 1:54 left. Warner was 23 of 37 for 233 yards with two TDs and an interception. Beanie Wells ran for a career-high 110 yards.

Patriots 17, Bills 10: Randy Moss bounced back with five catches for 70 yards and a touchdown and Tully Banta-Cain had three of New England’s six sacks. Buffalo has lost 13 in a row to the Patriots.

Raiders 20, Broncos 19: JaMarcus Russell threw a 10-yard TD pass to Chaz Schilens with 35 seconds left for their second straight win in Denver. Russell came on in the fourth after an injury to Charlie Frye and went 5 of 11 for 47 yards.

Browns 41, Chiefs 34: Jerome Harrison scored his third TD with 44 seconds left and rushed for a team-record 286 yards. Harrison had 301 total yards, including 73 on 27 carries, in the previous seven games. Joshua Cribbs returned two kickoffs for TDs.

Texans 16, Rams 13: Matt Schaub had his eighth 300-yard passing game and Andre Johnson set a season best with 196 yards receiving, but the Texans ended up leaning on field goals. The Rams lost their 12th in a row at home and for the 23rd time in 24 games overall.

Falcons 10, Jets 7: Tony Gonzalez caught a 6-yard touchdown pass from Matt Ryan on a fourth-down play with 1:38 remaining. Ryan finished 16 for 34 for 152 yards after missing the last two games with a turf toe injury.

Buccaneers 24, Seahawks 7: Rookie Josh Freeman threw two touchdown passes in the second half and the 26th-ranked defense forced five turnovers to win for just the second time in 17 games.
