U2’s 360-degree stage configuration looks to be paying off. According to Billboard numbers, the Irish band is reported to have sold 3 million tickets this year, making it the top touring band, with Madonna coming in second at 2.1 million tickets sold. With 50 stadium shows planned for next year, Bono and the boys are paced to surpass $600 million in total sales. That would make their 360 degree tour the highest-grossing one ever.
