THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG
@iaman
The Princess and the Frog was pretty good! Great to see traditional animation again, but they glossed over racial tensions.
@a_leprechaun
Princess & Frog: pure Disney. It’s like the early 90s are here again!
UP IN THE AIR
@vaughn chicago
“Up in the Air” was a funny, smart, adult movie. The mix of drama & humor makes it well worth the frequent flyer miles.
@danheinz
up in the air was impressive, clooney is charming, and his costar as well. The cinemtography and story are great. A Must see
AVATAR
@jalant
Avatar-IMAX/3D UHH.MAZ.ING Don’t care if it was 3hrs-I could of sat there all day-Truly sets the bar high for things to come.
@MarkBeers
Avatar – Don’t wait for DVD. Go to see it in 3D.
SHERLOCK HOLMES
@iaman
Sherlock Holmes: Awesome, but cannon fodder for Holmes/Watson slash fiction.
@Gourmet Lawyer
Sherlock Holmes. Foreshadowing great. Law and Downey Jr. gd back and forth. Action more imp. than story. Sequel soon.
IT’S COMPLICATED
@word_czar
“It’s Complicated”: Great mix of broad gags, nuanced humor. Charming Streep, audacious Baldwin & a subtle (!) Steve Martin.
@kapgar
It’s Complicated – Streep is divorcee falling for Martin while in affair with ex Baldwin. Confused kids and laughs ensue.
@erincropper
Saw “It’s Complicated” – it was a fantastic movie; equal parts funny and thoughtful, with a dash of cheesy thrown in.
OTHER FLICKS
@Rythemovieguy
Crazy Heart: We all “Heart” Jeff Bridges and he absolutely shines in this performance as Bad Blake. The music rocks as well!
@princesskate02
Was not a fan of Disney’s Christmas Carol. Excessively dark. Wouldn’t suggest for young children. I’m 24 and I was scared!
@deg08
The Blind Spot: weepy and slightly long/the kid in the movie steals the show
@vaughnchicago
“Did you hear about the Morgans?” Oh, you’ll wish you hadn’t. It’s a romantic comedy that is neither. Just save your money.
@whythulc
Brothers: Emotionally stunning, great acting, and not pushy about its conclusion (which is rare for this type of movie).
@kaycan
Alvin & Chimpmunks. Songs – Cute & up2date. Adult element (gyrating chimpettes) not so much. fell asleep 3X. 1.59 stars.
@stpdfrsh
In my opinion Nine was an awesome musical w/ beautiful women & great acting. Very much overlooked
