ROCKFORD — Matt Anderson got the Wolves on the board less than 1 1/2 minutes into the game and that was all goalie Drew MacIntyre needed for a 3-0 victory Saturday night over the IceHogs at the MetroCentre.
Ivan Vishnevskiy increased the lead at the 9 minute 29 second mark of the second period when he put in a shot from high in the slot that went through traffic past IceHogs goalie Corey Crawford.
The Wolves then put it away when Spencer Machacek scored on a power play with 2:46 left in the game.
