We are looking for dynamic Account Managers to sell print and online advertising in a variety of Tribune Publications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Our Account Managers prospect and consult businesses while offering recruitment advertising strategies to help meet their staffing needs. Actively develop trusted C-Suite level client relationships through B2B outbound calling and grow revenue by acquiring new business. Generate repeat business through exceptional account management. Conduct a variety of web-based presentations that demonstrate the value of our products. Develop sales proposals and consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
* Strong negotiator with demonstrated ability to develop new business and close deals
* Enthusiastic self-starter and a creative problem solver
* Must be consultative with the ability to effectively sell against competitive advertising
* Able to place a significant focus on client relationship development
* Manage multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and excellent time management
* Strong professional presence with compelling and persuasive presentation skills
* Proven track record of sales achievement
* Knowledge of the recruitment adverting industry and cold calling experience a plus
