Bulls Prep (1-0) won its varisty debut as Josiah Adams scored 20 points and Armani Ousley chipped in 11.

CMSA’s Mike Smith had 16 points and eight rebounds and Jonathan Barbee added 12 points and four rebounds.

Adonis Lema led Lincoln Park (3-3) with 20 points.

Prosser 55, Schurz 43

Tyshaun Turner made three 3-pointers and finished with 20 points for Prosser (2-4).

Riverside-Brookfield 75, Providence 63
Riverside-Brookfield’s Charlie Morrissey made seven 3-pointers in the first half to lead the Bulldogs. He finished the game with 25 points.





GIRLS BASKETBALL

Clark 50, Little Village 13

Kadijah Parker had 17 points, six assists, four steals and five rebounds for Clark (5-1, 1-1 Chicago West). Jileah Moore had four blocks and five steals in the win.

Sydali Calderon scored 16 points and Lavee Warner grabbed 16 rebounds for Clemente (5-4, 4-1).

No. 6 Fenwick 51, Carmel 36

Kyra Navarrete and Kathleen Roche each scored 16 points for Fenwick (7-1, 1-0). Navarrete also grabbed 10 rebounds in her double-double performance.

Grayslake Central 60, Prairie Ridge 35

Maddy Miller scored 11 of her 16 points in the third quarter to lead Grayslake Central. Rebekah Llorens scored 10 in the win.

Holy Trinity 42, Northtown 22

Wayneshia Frazier led the way for Holy Trinity (3-3) with 12 points and Bianca Slater added 10 in the win.

Meghan Novak was the leading scorer for Joliet Catholic (5-3) with 14 points.

Simone Law scored 22 points for undefeated Marian Catholic (7-0, 1-0). Danielle Barry had 12 points in the loss for Providence (7-4, 1-1).

Michelle O’Brien had a team-high 15 points for Stevenson (6-2). Anna Morrissey also scored 12 and Katie Batman chipped in 10.
