The NFL decision to have the Bears/Vikings game in the frozen TCF Bank Stadium is puzzling to many because of the safety factors involved and the high cost of preparing the stadium for play. I figure perhaps the NFL is now being run by the State of Illinois or Cook County. Has Todd Stroger been hired by the NFL?
