Illinois State Police were on the scene this morning of two crashes that may have involved a vehicle going the wrong way in the Kennedy express lanes near Division Street.
A state trooper said both crashes may have involved a vehicle that was seen going the wrong direction in the southbound lanes, but that had not been confirmed.
The trooper said as of 4 a.m., no injuries had been reported, but both crashes were cleared.
The wrong-way driver was not caught.
