It looks like this year’s Academy Awards will be a real snooze-fest with “The King’s Speech” winning most of the awards. I think it’s time the Academy just have a special category for all these endless films about English royalty. Best way to win an Oscar? Do a movie about British monarchs or somebody overcoming a disease or handicap.
Combine the two and it is an automatic Oscar, baby!
My prediction for the plot for the 2019 Oscar winning film? A touching drama about Prince Charles overcoming the heartbreak of acid reflux.
