Extend Medicare

So Judge Roger Vinson thinks the new health care law is unconstitutional? Fine. Medicare clearly doesn’t have that problem. It’s time-tested. It’s cost-effective. And those who have it wouldn’t trade it for the world. (Just let them try to challenge Medicare’s constitutionality!) So isn’t it time to simply improve Medicare’s benefits and extend it to everyone?
