After reading your editorial today with the aldermanic endorsements I am sitting here hoping that the Tribune will see that the 49th ward needs some new blood. Joe Moore has been here too long and done not enough — only trying to make changes after narrowly winning in the last election over Don Gordon. Great things happen in Rogers Park because of wonderful people — not because of Joe Moore but in spite of him. It’s time to give this ward a new breath and new life. As a lifelong resident (living in the house I grew up in) I am voting for Brian White — change is good!
