Marni Yang was convicted of murder and intentional homicide of an unborn child in the shooting deaths of Roni Reuter and her unborn baby. Yang was accused of shooting Reuter because she saw her as a rival for the affections of former Chicago Bear Shaun Gayle and was jealous that Reuter was pregnant with Gayle’s baby.
