–>It’s time to fill your shopping cart with those inexplicably popular marshmallow creatures to create an engaging, fun Peeps diorama. Then, take a picture of your magnum opus and upload the image here. Submissions will be posted during the coming weeks at http://bancodeprofissionais.com/peeps2011.
If you want your diorama to have a shot at being famous, post the image by noon, Friday, March 25. A panel of judges comprising movie critic Michael Phillips, art gallery reporter, Lauren Viera, and theater critic Chris Jones will make informed and likely arbitrary decisions about their favorites by April 1.
Participants who earn the judges’ favor will be notified by email and must deliver their intact dioramas to Tribune Tower, 435 N. Michigan Ave., by noon April 7, in order for the dioramas to be considered for the Peeps Parade of Favorites in the April 21 Play section.
