Michael Rutas threw a no-hitter for Batavia to beat previously undefeated Streamwood. He struck out 5.

Jim Pinakidis went 3-for-3 with 2 runs scored for Buffalo Grove (8-6, 3-0).

Crystal Lake South 12, Woodstock 0 (5 innings)

Chris Hauser was 2-for-3 with a home run and 3 RBIs and Chris Morrison added a solo homer for Crystal Lake South (10-4, 6-3).

John Ottenfeld was 4-for-4 with a double and 2 RBIs and Tom Martin was 3-for-4 with 3 RBIs, including the game winner in the bottom of the 7th. Evergreen Park is now 8-8 overall and 4-4 in conference.
