Anthony Milazzo struck out 13 in game one, while allowing just 2 hits to get the win for Addison Trail (10-9, 5-2). Todd Brocksome was 3-for-4 with 2 home runs and 5 RBIs. In game two, Mike Imperiale allowed just 1 hit and struck out 6 for the win. Anthony Catanese was 2-for-4 with a double, a triple and 3 RBIs.

Ag. Science 11, Evergreen Park 7

Prince DeMarco was 3-for-3 with 3 runs scored and 3 RBIs for Ag. Science (9-5). Mark Taylor drove in 3 and Imri Adams added 2 RBIs in the win.

Antioch 4-17, Westosha (Wis.) 2-7

Bob Pranke was the winning pitcher of Game 1, striking out 8 and giving up 2 runs on 5 hits. David Meade won Game 2, striking out 4 and giving up 1 hit in 2 and 1/3 innings. Joe Gregory lead the offense for Antioch (10-4, 3-1) in the double header, hitting a double in Game 1 and going 4-for-4 with a single, a double, and 4 RBIs in Game 2.

Tono Noto allowed just 1 hit and struck out 6 for Argo (8-7). Brandon Palmer was 2-for-3 with 3 RBIs in the win.

Bobby Kuntzendorf was 3-for-3 with 2 2-run home runs and 4 RBIs and Bren Minta had a 3-run home run for Aurora Christian. Minta also went 4 innings, striking out 5 for the win.

Ryan Koziol (3-1) was Game 1’s winning pitcher, striking out 8 for Brother Rice (8-7, 5-2). Brian McQuillan hit the game-winning RBI in Game 2.

Sam Klein was 4-for-4 with a double and 2 RBIs and Joey Lange was 3-for-3 and drove in 2 runs for Burlington Central (11-4, 4-1).

In game two, Marist’s John McEvitt went the distance, allowing 9 hits and striking out 2 for the win. Bryan Pollak was 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored.

Winning pitcher Alex Hermeling (4-1) struck out 11 and gave up 1 run on 6 hits as part of his win on the mound. Brett Synek went 2-for-3 at the plate with a run and a double for Glenbrook North (18-1), while Jason Scholl hit 1-for-3 with an RBI double that eventually scored him a run.

Home runs by Joey Diaz and John Marino powered Leyden (18-1, 12-1) to a game one win. Adrian Ruiz added 3 hits, including a double and triple and drove in 3 as Eric Plamer (4-0) picked up the win. In game two, Justin Stawychny struck out 9 in five innings for the win. Carlos Olavarria and Nick Dimaso each had 2 hits and drove in 3 while Ruiz added another 3 hits including a double for the Eagles.

Mike Davis went 2-for-4 with 2 RBIs for Montini (13-6).

Mount Carmel (19-2, 7-1) scored both runs on a throwing error in the 6th inning to take the conference win. Tyler Laurisch got the victory, going all 7, allowing just 5 hits, walking none and striking out 5. Jerry Houston had a single and scored a run and Ryan Fitzpatrick went 1-for-2 in the win.

Billy McMahon, Austin Ozog and DJ Lewis all had 2 hits in the win for Mundelein (18-0). Ryan Borucki got the win on the mound.

Naperville Central 12-10, Naperville North 2-6

Dan Ludwig (5-1) was the winning pitcher in Game 1, while Kody Willis won the second game with 5 strikeouts in 5 innings. In Game 1, Ross Murphy and Conor Philbin each hit 3-run homers for Naperville Central (13-6, 8-2), and Derrick Avers, Ian Lewandowski, Jake DeVoy, and Mike Riordan each had 2 hits in Game 2.

Nick Wheeler (4-1) pitched the entire game for Niles West (18-3, 5-0), giving up 4 runs, walking 2, and striking out 4. Ryan Olen was 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI.

Tony Swistek was the winning pitcher, giving up 2 earned runs on 5 hits and striking out 5 for Oak Lawn (11-8, 6-5).

Hector Duran hit the game-winning RBI single in the 5th.

Sean Renzi allowed just 1 hit while striking out 10 in his game one win for Plainfield North (18-0, 11-0). Brian Evan was 2-for-4 with a home run and 4 RBIs in the victory. In game two, Jake Ready struck out 11 and gave up 4 hits in his complete game win. Patrick Cashman was 2-for-3 with a double, a homer and an RBI and Caleb Kissel had 2 hits, including a home run, and drove in 1. Joe Cresta also homered.

Victor Garcia was 3-for-4 for Plainfield South, with 2 homeruns and 4 RBIs against Yorkville (11-9, 3-5).

Plano 14-10, Indian Creek 1-3

Will Brown (1-2) won Game 1 with 6 strikeouts, and Cody Dryden (2-3) was Game 2’s winning pitcher with 10 strikeouts. Devin Ambrose hit a Game 1 double and 3 more hits in Game 2 for Plano (15-10).

Prosser 11, Steinmetz 5

Prosser improves to 6-6, 3-4 in conference.

Rich Central 19, Bloom 8

Nick Collins was 3-for-3 at the plate for Rich Central (13-1), hitting 3 doubles, while Tyler House went 2-for-3 with 2 doubles and 3 RBIs.

St. Charles East 8-4, No. 6 Streamwood 2-7

Joe Hoscheit went 7-for-8 with a double, a home run, 2 stolen bases and 4 runs scored in the double header for St. Charles East (15-5, 11-2). Streamwood’s Joe Harris earned the win in game two, striking out 10 in a complete game. The Sabres are now 15-2 on the season, 9-2 in conference.

Josh Loynachan struck out 4 as the winning pitcher of Game 1.

St. Francis de Sales 4-3, Leo 1-1

Colton Lopez was 3-for-5 at the plate for St. Francis de Sales (5-12) during the double header, and struck out 5 in 2 innings of Game 2.

Colin Wons went 2-for-2 with a double for St. Francis (15-5, 7-2).

Bill Boyle was 2-for-3 with 2 doubles and 3 RBIs and Conor Knapp got the complete-game victory, allowing just 5 hits and striking out 10, in the win for St. Ignatius (12-10, 4-5).

Eddie DeLaRiva (9-0) gave up 3 earned runs on 11 hits, walking 2 and striking out 5. Connor McLain hit a 3-run double for St. Rita (18-3, 6-2), and Zach Soria had a 2-run single.

No. 10 Simeon 15-2, Jones 8-0

In game one, Blake Hickman was 3-for-4 with 2 home runs and 4 RBIs and Shane Brown went 3-for-5 with a double and 5 RBIs for Simeon (16-2, 7-1). Winning pitcher Elbert Dunnigan was 3-for-4 with 4 RBIs. In game two, Brown tossed a 1-hitter and struck out 16 for the Wolverines. Robert Fletcher was 2-for-2 with a run and an RBI.

Kenny Lowden hit 2 home runs and had 4 RBIs and Nate Garris was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI for South Elgin.

Kevin Hallberg hit a game-winning 2-run homer.

Chris Argianis was 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs and Chris Marras had a double and an RBI for Vernon Hills.

Winning pitcher Joe Plaud threw a complete game, giving up 3 runs and 8 hits and striking out 5. Julian Calixto was 2-for-2 with a home run and 3 RBIs for Von Steuben (14-6, 5-3 Jackie Robinson North).

Waubonsie Valley 12-19, East Aurora 4-1

Waubonsie Valley (8-9, 7-5) won game one behind the hitting of Ryan Vega, who was 2-for-3 with a home run and 2 RBIs, and Kyle Limanowski, who went 2-for-2 with a double and an RBI. Harry Vickers also had 3 hits and drove in 1. In game two, Matt Risch got the win, allowing just 2 hits and striking out 4 in five innings. Limanowski again had the hot bat, going 3-for-3 with a double, a home run and 3 RBIs. Joey Cuzzone was 2-for-2 with a double, a grand slam and 6 RBIs in the win.

Bobbi Gottschammer ( 1-0)pitched three innings for Andrew (13-5, 6-0), striking out 6. Becca Vahldick lead the offense, going 5-for-6 with 2 doubles and 6 RBIs.

Bradley-Bourbonnais 9, Lincoln-Way West 1

Sam Magruder went 1-for-3, hitting a home run for Lincoln-Way West (8-7, 3-3) in the loss.

Crystal Lake Central 3, Woodstock North 2

Shana Sigmund had a double, a stolen base and a run scored and Brittany York had 2 hits and an RBI for Crystal Lake Central (12-4, 6-1).

De La Salle 4-17, Regina 3-5

Rebecca Gierut went 3-for-4, scoring twice for De La Salle (6-9, 2-5) in Game 1. Caroline Roberts was the winning pitcher of that game, giving up 1 hit, walking 1, and striking out 1 in 2 innings.

No. 1 Elk Grove 1-4, Lake Zurich 0-5

Megan Mattera (9-5) was the losing pitcher in Game 1 and the winning pitcher in Game 2, striking out 12 in the first and 6 in the second for Lake Zurich (11-5, 4-0). She also went 3-for-4 at the plate in Game 2, with an RBI and a double. Kelly Neises was Lake Zurich’s leading hitter in both games, going 3-for-3 with a double in Game 1 and 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in Game 2.

Fenton 10-13, St. Joseph 5-8

Nicole Susmarksi led the offense for Fenton (10-7, 2-3) in the double header, going 4-for-7 with 3 runs and 4 RBIs. Hannah Wassmann went 3-for-3 in Game 2 with 2 runs and 4 RBIs.

Glenbard North 3, West Aurora 2 (9 innings)

Kelsey Muller was 2-for-5 with a double off the top of the fence in the 9th inning. Bri Harn went 3-for-5 and pushed home the winning run with a squeeze bunt for Glenbard North (11-1, 3-1).

Glenbard West 12, Niles North 0

Jenny Kim had the only hit of the game for Niles North.

Homewood-Flossmoor 13, Shepard 6

Alexandra Bitlo led the offense for Homewood Flossmoor (13-5, 4-1), going 4-for-5 with a triple.

Yamara Rodriguez earned her 12th win of the season, allowing just 1 hit and striking out 9 for Hope Academy (16-0).

Huntley 4-19, Rockford Guilford 3-6

Brittany Koss went 3-for-3 and Tara Lycos was 2-for-4 wth a double and 2 RBIs for Huntley in game one. Taylor Larson earned the win, striking out 11. In game two, Kathryn Hackett was 2-for-4 with 2 RBIs and Randi Peterson was 1-for-3 with 3 RBIs for Huntley.

Illiana Christian 11, Chicago Christian 3

Kat Witting was 3-for-4 with a double and 3 RBis and Kate Van Schowen went 3-for-4 with a double and 2 RBIs for Illiana (2-13). Megan Glynn went 3-for-4 at hit 2 doubles for Chicago Christian (6-9, 3-3) in the loss.

Alyssa Fehrenbacher had 2 hits, including a double, scored 3 times and drove in 2 for Joliet Catholic in game one. Tori Johnson added 3 hits and scored 4 times. In game two, Tori Johnson had a 2-run home run and drove in 3 overall. Alex Wyss added 3 hits and an RBI.

Morgan Maize was 3-for-4 with 2 home runs and 4 RBIs and earned the win in the circle in game one for Leyden. She allowed just 4 hits and struck out 10. In game two, Maize (1-for-4, 2B, 2 RBI) again got the win, striking out 7. April Markowski was 2-for-4 with a double for the Eagles.

Lauren Vogg was 3-for-3 with a double, a triple and 3 RBIs for Libertyville. Haley Hoeksel had a home run and 2 RBIs in the win.
