Q: Where is Printers Row Lit Fest?
A: Printers Row Lit Fest is in historic Printers Row, on and around the area of Dearborn Street, from Harrison to Polk streets in Chicago.
Q:How do I get tickets?
A: All events are free, but those in the Harold Washington Library Center and the University Center require tickets because of limited seating. To reserve tickets, visit

, and click on the link in the upper-right corner. You will be redirected to a page where you can register to reserve your tickets.
Fest highlights
– The Tribune is presenting two literary awards: The Young Adult Book Prize to author Joan Bauer during the 11 a.m. hour Saturday at the Trib Nation Stage; and the 2011 Nelson Algren Literary Awards, whose winners will be announced beginning at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Trib Nation Stage.
– Chef and author James DeWan, introduced by former Tribune food editor Carol Mighton Haddix, will conduct a cooking demonstration at 12:45 p.m. Saturday at the Good Eating Stage. DeWan contributed to “Good Eating’s Best of the Best: Great Recipes of the Past Decade From the Chicago Tribune Test Kitchen,” edited by Haddix.
– Author and film director John Sayles, whose latest novel is “A Moment in the Sun,” will converse with
, Tribune literary editor, at 1 p.m. Saturday in the University Center/Lake Room. Admission is free, but tickets are required.
